Denis:  Here is a suggestion.  Come down to the Nac show a day early.  You can 
put Murray on the trailer, take him by your brother-in-law's house, you know 
the 
one, the old VW mechanic, let him replace the spring while you watch, then both 
of you can cruise down to Nac for the bus campout and the show.

Excuse me but what does replacing the clutch return spring have to do with a 
valve job?Why would you need a new clutch and release Bearing?Just replace the 
spring.
  Do your "valve job/adjustment"in the car ,it's easier.
