I don't know where it is located on a bay but on most cars it would be at
the brake booster vacuum conection.Most of them will connect the vac line to
the booster.I have seen a few at the manifold but that is unlikely.

yep, I went through all the lines starting with that nipple on the intake. I
hope I don't have to take every hose off - because if it is a hose it will
be a hairline crack on the bottom that you can't see until you do - I'm not
