I rode the mountain bike trials there and they are brutal for a guy from
Houston..... I was in the 71 Westy dying after the ride and people were coming
up to me saying, you look beat, how many times did you ride the course. I'd say
one and they'd laugh.... If I had some food, I'd would have camped there....

After the camp out, I had the pleasure to meet a group of colorful characters
that are traveling in a bus named Freedom. Sort of modern day Merry
Pranksters. I would have loved to jump aboard their short bus version of
Furthur and played the Tom Wolfe role but I didn't have my white suit with me.
