[tcb] Bus Heater

Hey guys, I have a friend that lives up north who wants a bus. He's worried
about the heater because they have semi-harsh winters up there. I know that
most buses don't really have great heaters on account that the heat usually
isn't successfully kept inside the bus. What should he look out for in
buying a bus as far as heaters go? Is there any way he can have heat without
trying to perfectly seal the body?
