Dennis called me yesterday and asked me to get the ball rolling on
Bulli Gras since he and Claudia might not be making it this year. If
they can go, it would be the first weekend of the Mardi Gras
celebrations so that's what I'm going with which would be February
5th-7th.
I just reserved the 9 electric/water sites that were still
available. They are in Loop 2 on the beach side. The bathrooms and
showers are at Loop 1 and Loop 3 (where there are only water
campsites) which is walkable. I figure electricity can be helpful
providing us with warmth and lights and music and that trumps a
closer loo.
It is $25 a night per site for camping and $5 per day per person. If
there are two Buses on a site then they can split the $25. If we
have more than 18 Buses we can add a third Bus to sites for an extra
$5 a night.
I had to pony up the money for the first night for each site. I
would please ask that if you are coming you please send me check for
$25.
