I would just put down 1 or 2 layers of masking tape all the way around the trim to protect the paint. Then buy a $7 wool polishing wheel at a hardware store that fits in your drill. Moisten the wool, apply your favorite polish and go. But that's just me. ________________________________ From: Julie <julie.hey.ho.lets.go@xxxxxxxxx> To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Mon, June 20, 2011 5:21:49 PM Subject: [tcb] Any magic tricks? The replacement deluxe trim on my '66 isn't so wonderful anymore. I have been experimenting but I don't think I have come up with the perfect method. It is so much easier to polish metal when it isn't attached to the Bus. I don't want to mess up the paint job or the rubber insert. Any words of wisdom from you guys would be much appreciated. Thanks, Julie
