[tcb] A special Mother's Day past

In 1995 I purchased an old single cab ready for the
bone yard, It took us till 1999 to get it on the
road[with out gates).The first real cruise in it was
on mothers day 1999.I took my mom for her first ride
in a VW Bus .This is the lady that in 1998 had come
and visited me everyday for six months when I was off
from .work. We would watch videos of some Southern
California shows .I had her recognizing a 23 from a
21 window and on down the line.Back to the story
.Sorry I usually don't jump around like this. lol. We
headed down State Hi Way 95 to Holland .We ate BBQ at
a little southern dirt floor place .The BBQ was
excellent.We went west through some beautiful farm and
ranch country till we hit I 35, We took the access
road back to Temple .As she was getting out of the
Single Cab she commented "This is the best Mother's
Day I've ever had"After hearing that , you know I was
in The Zone... All you Mothers have a great day and
all of the males enjoy your day with your Mom ,in
person or prayer.
