Well, you always are supposed to rat hole money till you get a great buying opportunity. What would you do if a neighbor told you that his grandpa had passed away and he had this old bus, he thinks it is a 59, that his grandpa had bought new and parked it in his barn in 1965. Was in great condition when parked, still appeared to be so, and it was one with one of those cloth tops and had all those little windows in the top. His grandma wanted it gone out of the barn and would take $2,500 for it. She is ashamed to ask so much but she heard the old busses were getting valuable. And unfortunately you can't buy it cause you don't have the money! You are supposed to always rat hole some money for that once in a lifetime buying opportunity. You never know when you are going to have one. --- On Tue, 8/9/11, abe schlichting <gogretago@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: From: abe schlichting <gogretago@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: [tcb] Re: $200k VW Bus To: "tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tuesday, August 9, 2011, 8:45 AM yeah, question is, "where are the "smart people" getting the money to buy with!". The smart people are buying today, the market that is, not busses. --- On Mon, 8/8/11, Ronnie Hughes <fracdogii@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: From: Ronnie Hughes <fracdogii@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: [tcb] $200k VW Bus To: "tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Monday, August 8, 2011, 9:47 PM After today a $200,000 VW sounds like a better investment than my 401K.
