Tomorrow, Thursday, July 6, is the last day to purchase Salmon Plate Tickets
for $16 at the DuPont City Hall. After that, they are $20, or settle for an
old hot dog for $8.
I've never been on the trail.

Subject: [tas-list] Looking for solar scopes and telescopes for Saturday early
evening - Eclipse safety too
I am looking for a couple of telescopes/solar scopes to help with an event this
Saturday evening out at Dupont City Hall.
Set up is at 6pm, we will talk about eclipse safety and let folks view the sun
safely. There is a break while the crowd takes a hike to the beach and then
they are back to view the Moon, Jupiter, etc until around 10-10:30pm.
There will be opportunities to view the old Nisqually Fort site or walk down to
the beach.
