Hello Gabor,
It seems that the usb socket next to the power switch is not working on
that Tango. I've tried 4 and 8 gig sticks and it doesn't read them either.
Do you know if it is possible to use one of the two rear usb sockets to
load software into the Tango? Will the XP operating system see them as
drives when a memory stick is connected?
I have another (reserve) Tango-1 and when I get some time I will try the
process on it.

I recommend to use an USB HUB, because the extension bay has only two USB
ports on the back. You can share one port with a HUB for keyboard and
mouse. Yes probably the 128G drive is too big, but I think it should be
work.

No, the one on the top next to the power switch. The mouse and keyboard
were on the two ports at the back.

Thanks for all your help.
I managed to :
Press Alt+Tab on the keyboard to make active the "Smart AV console
monitor" application.
- Press "Kill All" button. The Tango application closed.
But after connecting the USB drive on the top of the console nothing was
displayed on the Tango screen - I was not able to see Paragon to install
it. The only drive available was C: (Perhaps the Tango can not read a
128GB memory stick.)
So, for now, I have given up. Perhaps I will try again at some other time.

start menu and the system starts normal as before.

Thanks for your assistance.
I have downloaded Paragon-32bit to a 128GB PenDrive.
When I plug it in to the USB port next to the on/off switch on the back of
the Tango-1 nothing happens.
What should I do to install Paragon on to the Tango-1 ? (I am a bit
nervous about doing this - I do not want to mess anything up!)
(Should it actually be installed on my Win-7 PC, or is that not necessary?)

- Please download the 32 bit version
- Install it on Tango consoles (if you do not know how to do this, please
ask)
- Connect an external drive. HDD or pendrive. At least 4-8GB size.
- Run "Create single backup"
- Create a backup name with the actual consol type (Main console or Act
extension)
- Select source "Disk/partition" select the first "Disk0" drive.
- Choose a target: Select the external USB hard drive, or pendrive what
you connected before.
- Finish
- Wait until the backup process end, close the software, remove the
external drive and repeat this on the other console.
- After you created both image, you could uninstall paragon on Tango
consoles.
- Please share the backup files on google drive.

Hello,
Is anyone here able to explain to me (in simple, step-by-step terms) how
to create a disk image of the drive in a Tango-1 console and the drive in a
Tango-1 Passive Extension Bay?
I'm guessing that the units need to be connected via USB to my PC in order
to accomplish this (?) - Would that involve the USB ports on the lower
rear of them?
Also, I assume that I need some specific disk-imaging software to run on
my Windows-7 PC.
