Check the IP addresses.
If they are all OK (DAW & Tango) try to set the IPs manually.

I have a Tango 2 that still works fine on Cubase 10.5, running on a mac pro
with Mojave. Now I’m having to use Protools (latest version: 2020.5.0) and I
can’t get the Tango to work with it.
It’s strange because netsmart is installed and running fine, I’ve set up 4 HUIs
routed to the smart av ports 1 to 4 in Protools and the Tango sees netsmart and
Protools. On the "connecting to Protools (HUI)” panel it goes all the way to
“connection initiated”. Then, when I tap “track sync OK” on Tango it say
“connection established” then the connecting panel disappears (as it should).
BUT, after that nothing happens. Can’t see the Protools channels on Tango and
none of the programmable keys are working. I don’t use Protools very often, but
my previous version of Protools (10 if I remember well) worked fine with my
Tango.
Can anyone help ? Is anyone running Protools with Tango successfully ?
