My Netsmart is 3.2.4.0. Yes, I think they are coming from the Netsmart

I have a Smart AV Tango 1 that i used for 3 years with Logic 9 on Snow
Leopard..
Now i have upgraded my computer to El Capitan with Logic X and i am trying
to get the Tango to work again!
I need to install the Smart AV Logic module (in Logic's control surfaces
setup window).
When i go to 'logic-preferences-control surfaces-setup-new-install' i
remember that the Smart AV control surface plugin was there when i did it
when i was in Snow Leopard, but now it's no more in the list (in both logic
9 and logic X)..so i think a have to install this file manually..
I tried to go to the SmartAV website, but it's gone.. I have backups for
the consolesoftware and firmware and netsmart, so that's fine.. I am
looking only for the control surface plugin (the Smart AV Logic control
surface module) so i can install it for Logic 9 and logic X.
Also when i google it i can't seem to find anything..
I attached some screenshots to make it clear..
Can somebody help me with this?
