I am getting no response on the far right of the screen..
In the attached screenshot you can see it..
here the story goes:
1. i thought: let's try another consolesoftware version (2.6) Maybe
that'll fix it.. So i downgraded from 3.2 to 2.6
2. the issue was still there so i thought: let's go back to consolesoftware
version 3.2 right? !!!but the install button was too far to the right
side of the screen and i couldn't touch it (the cursor would't go more to
the right than in the picture)
3. eventually i somehow managed to tap the install button..i don't know how
but it clicked (i was touching with 2 hands on the screen i remember..1
finger at the far left side of the screen and one on the right..i was
trying and getting pissed at my Tango you know ☺..and suddenly it worked)
So now i am back on consolesoft 3.2..but the screen is still unresponsive
on the far right
So maybe it is a hardware problem..maybe software..i don't know
I will try tomorrow to clean the edges with a compressed air can (very
gently) and see if it is maybe just a dirt problem
But maybe you could tell me more about the window configuration thing?
Thanks again for the help!

Jan,
When you say unresponsive, is it not recognize you touching it at all or
does the pointer go to a different location of the screen which is what I
was having,
If you're getting no response at all in a particular area of your screen I
am afraid it is not software but hardware issue.

Hey Tony,
yes i tried to calibrate..didn't work! And it was hard to touch the 2
touchpoint on the right side of the screen because it is unresponsive..It
kept on showing me a sequence of 4 touch points on each side and 1 in the
middle..this kept on going until i stopped touching and then it went out of
calibration mode and back to the menu screen

Jan,
Have you tried to calibrate your touch screen?

Hi Jan,
I had the the same problem. It help if you clean the dirts on the
border under the frame with press air. It's enough if you use can with air
pressure.
Hope this help you.
Cheers

Thanks Ludger Mias!
I have learned now that you first have to run the Netsmart installer,
and this installs the Logic Control bundle (this is the SmartAV control
surface plugin that makes the communication between Logic and the Tango)
in the
Library (Macintosh HD//Library/Application Support/MIDI Device Plug-ins)..
Also you have to have read and write permissions of the MIDI Device
Plug-ins folder, if not then logic will not see the plugin in the control
surface setup window..
Also important is to run the Netsmart and Consolesoftware in sets.. so
if you install Netsmart 3.0 then you go with Consolesoft 3.0
Do not mix them as this can give bugs in ly experience
Now i have another problem:
the far right part of the Tango touchscreen is unresponsive..
You can see in the attached screenshot what i mean: the cursor is at
the border where i can touch..more to the right the screen is unresponsive,
to the left everything is fine.. I don't know how to fix this..anybody has
experience with this?
