i have got the same Problem on Cubase/Windows10.
try to repair/refresh the lan connection that solved the Problem to my System.

I can leave the console on and eventually it sorts itself out but that can
take quite a while. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the modules in
Nuendo but that doesn't work. Neither does restarting the console or
