Hi,

I'm attaching a rough and incomplete plan for our local campaign from 
now until the election on 8 June.  If your name is down for a particular 
date, can you either confirm it or let me know you'll be unavailable 
then.  We do need more people to assist really - so if you can offer 
more time or better still rope one or two more people in to help, that 
would be appreciated.
