Hi Steve.

well interestingly I am having problems searching for local points of interest
when indoors as the system keeps telling me there is no GPS. How do you set it
to virtual mode so you can calculate a route and manually step through it
without actually doing the route? I know you used to be able to do this with
wayfinder.

Cheers

Graham

  Hi Graham,

How are you searching for them? If you just search by category for example,
it only brings up the POIs nearest to you. Or are you talking about when you
are walking around?

  All the best

  Steve

Subject: [talks-uk] wayfinder, am I doing something wrong?

  Hi all.

I live in Stepney Green east London and can find very few points of interest
around when trying out wayfinder. Am I doing something wrong? I seem to find
far less places than I did with even Nokia Maps, and TomTom I know finds more
too. All I get though is KFC and McDonalds. Are these points of interest
really so limited?

  Regards

  Graham
