You need to dial 901 from your handset and there you go.

I think it is an audio message that Yvonne is talking about but I could be
wrong.

Doesn't the text message give you instructions on how to pick up the
message? I'm not with o2 so maybe it's different, but the alerts tell me
to
dial 121. Failing other ideas, you could just try that...

Is this in your Inbox? Open it and arrow down and then press select and
see

what happens. I have tried with friends to send a recorded message and
this

is how I access it.

hello
I am getting announcements from the talks software that a new voicemail
awaits me.
but as far as I know I don't have voicemail turned on.
but I get a text tune playing in the same way as when a standard text
message arrives but this time talks says voicemail
how can I get to voicemail and read the message?
failing that is there a number I need to ring for voicemail playback?
I am contracted to o2 and using a n86 handset.
thank you
Yvonne
