Hello it is Craig. As far as I know unfortunately you have to go to a shop, and
I would NOT bother with vodafone, they are TROUBLE in a BIG way! I ended up
cancelling my contract early because of the problems i had with them!

just ordered the e71 off vodafone. they said they can't send the phone out
with talks on and i'll have to go the shop which is a pain in the proverbial.
does anybody know if i can install the talks software myself then call them and
have them lisence it for me? otherwise, after the trouble i had last time i
think i'd rather bite the bullet and pay the 50 quid transfer fee.
