Install talks and then have Vodafone pay the £50.00 transfer fee once you have paid it. I have done this with Vodafone three or four times now. In short, we get the latest talks from the likes of Talknav whereas Vodafone think that Talks is two or three versions back most of the time. Doing it this way means that you stay in control of what happens. Just take your invoice or receipt to Vodafone to show what you have paid for or talk to a customer rep, get their name and agreement for you to email them a copy of the invoice so that they can add the money to your account. I'm sure you can work it from her but, let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.
