[talks-uk] upgrading talks

Hi,

when you have bought talks from vodaphone and need to upgrade from 2.5 to
3.0 do you need to put in a licence number or some thing before the new
version will work? if so, should I take the phone to the shop to get it
upgraded and will this cost anything?
