Steve, I don't think there's an awful lot of point in upgrading a phone
from 2005, so it'll be a cross phone upgrade.

Thanks very much for your help!

Alex

Hi Alex,

Yes, if they are putting it on a new phone, then it is a cross phone
upgrade. If they want to upgrade the existing phone as well, that would
be 100 pounds.

All the best

Steve

Thanks Steve, that includes the cross phone upgrade doesn't it?

Cheers

Alex

Hi Alex,

No, they don't have to do it in more than one step. So if you are on
2.0 Standard, and you pay 50 pounds, you get currently 4.11 Premium.

All the best

Steve

Oh right, so they don't have to upgrade from talks standard to premium
or anything like that?

Cheers

Alex

this list please tell me how much the talks upgrade will cost?

Cheers
