Hi Graham,

Why not use the data transfer utility built into the phones? You have to
use it on the newest phone you have, then it installs support to the older
phone. This transfers contacts.

All the best

Subject: [talks-uk] Re: transfering texts from one nokia to another

Hi Graham, I have just had to move all the contacts list from one Nokia to
another, and it was a real pain. I forgot about transferring messages, but
I guess it may be similar, having to connect the two phones by bluetooth,
and individually send them across. I thought there would be a global
synchronisation method, but I couldn't find one for contacts, and it may be
the same for texts. I suppose it may be possible to do it via the PC with
Nokia PC suite, but I don't like that software and don't use it.
