Hi, they refused to do my upgrade for me and they don't even put the premium
versions on. You are better to pay fifty pounds through someone else and get
the money credited from vodafone, hope that helps, Carol

I will try to get this e mail information correct.lol
A friend of mine has contacted Vodaphone regarding an upgrade to talks
premium. He was informed he would have to send the phone back to Vodaphone for
them to install talks.
Is this common practice or is there been an alternative arrangement?
I am really asking thus members of the list who are with Vodaphone and have
got the upgrade through them.
