[talks-uk] talks and nokia e5

Hi
I have a nokia e500 or e5, I am not sure how to switch the
phone between numbers, letters and punctuation when I am
typing a message or entering a password, please help.
Also, there are two buttons on either side of the keypad,
they don't say much, how can I get them to speak what they
are supposed to?
