Hi Jean,

You can't synchronise properly with Outlook Express. My advice to you if you
can do it, is to use Outlook proper, not Express. This synchronises
beautifully.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [talks-uk] synchronizing with outlook express

Dear All:

I hope this question is appropriate for this list.
I recently got an n82 with Talks and wayfinder, and soon knfb reader. I
have some questions.

First is the matter of synchronizing with outlook express. I can do it
using PC suite fine. However, when I synch my email addresses to the n82,
they end up in my contacts list when I really want them in my email contacts

list. How do I get the outlook address book to go in my email contacts on
the n82 instead of in my phone contacts?

Many thanks,

Jean

The multi scanner is for taking a photo of text and having it converted and
read back. I have played about with it and while i had some surprisingly
good results, it would hardly be considered an alternative to the knfb
reader yet.

just got my e71 and i'm impressed but i'm still struggling to type with this

keyboard. does anybody have any handy tips? it's too small obviously to use
both hands like you would on a regular keyboard.

also, does anybody know what this multi scanner i got with it is for? i
think it might actually be for scanning text and converting it but i can't
work it out.

oh and there's a wierd talks issue. on loud speaker talks is hugely loud
even on volume setting 5 but on headphones you have to turn it rite up or
you can hardly hear it. is there a way round this?
