Hi Paul,
You have changed a setting, whether knowingly or not <Smile>
Press the Talks key, followed by the number 1. Do this, until Talks says
"Letters" or "Letters and words", and then Talks will speak all the digits
to you again.

Hi all,
I have had my Nokia 6600 with talx for almost two years now.
One thing I have noticed is that my phone seems to have a mind of it's own
and likes to change some settings without my knowing and to my annoyance.
Yesterday, I was dialling a number and noticed that my phone only spoke the
first digit whereas it usually echoes the whole number as I am dialling it.
There have been other strange things happen particularly with the text
messages whereby talx would speak each character and then some time later,
it stopped speaking characters and I couldn't work out why especially as I
hadn't knowingly changed any settings on my phone.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing happening with their phone.
Please could someone tell me how I can get my phone to speak all numbers
when they are being dialled.
Also is it possible to move around text messages, particularly long text
messages quickly rather than having to keep arrowing down goodness knows how
many times.
Any help would be appreciated.
