Hi Graham,Hope Steve is right and one to watch for as I have the exact same phone as you. I must admit I like it very much and the keys are very prominent.
How long have you had the phone ? I've had mine coming up on a year.Kindest Regards, John ----- Original Message ----- From: "Graham Page" <gpage@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Depending on when you got the phone there is a firmware update for thatmodel. I had major problems and the update sorted them. You can check for anyfirmware upgrades using THE nokia update manager. I know the sim card slot in the N82 is extremely fiddly and should be checked with someone sighted. I have no sight and it caused me loads of problems. That is if the sim card is at fault.I would try upgrading the firmware first. Any help let me know and I can give you step by step details as to upgrade your firmware. Kindest Regards, John
