Not quite true, someone can upgrade handset A in this example by paying £50,
it would be referred to as a Talks upgrade from Standard to Premium, but
would re-enable the transfer license feature again.

Thanks Neil but Steve was explaining about the upgrade from A to B to C and
if C was upgraded from A then if one sold A, A could not be upgraded again
by the new owner.

But you can leave on one phone, phone A and put on phone B like what Steve
was saying earlier.  May be different when it comes to phone C.
