[talks-uk] mobile version of live messenger and talx?

hello list,
does anyone know, if the version of windows live messenger for mobile phones,
will work with talx?
and if so, where can I actually get the file, or application from, as on the
pages I have found that talk about it, there never seems to be any download, or
send to phone links.
