Hi David,
On the phone, go to the menu, Tools, Application Manager, then once in
there, go to Options, Settings, and in there, you will see the first
option
says "Software installation Signed Only". Select it with the joystick,
and
select All, instead of Signed Only, and you will be able to install it.
