Here we go again then.

Hold down Three, Star, Call key, then while all three are held down, press
and hold the power button, until the phone comes up with a message on the
screen.

This has been posted several times, but of course I didn't save any of the
Emails. Someone has asked me the key combinations for doing something like a 

hard reset on the phone. I know it involves holding down several keys and
turning on the phone, can anyone help?
