[talks-uk] help please

Hi all,
I have tried to post a query onto the Talx list and each time I do this, I
get the following response and I wondered whether anyone can shed any light
as to why this type of message is not getting through to the list.
Any other posting I send to the list seems to get there without any
difficulty.
If you can help with that one along with the query at the bottom of this
E-mail then that would be great.
