Hi

On the N82, go into Menu, Tools, and File Manager, and arrow right to
the second tab sheet. If you have created a folder here, you might now
be able to see it.

What I've done is create a folder on my phone called Attachments. When
I transfer files to the handset from my PC, I paste them in there, and
then have no difficulty finding them when I go to the phone to open
them.

I don't know if this helps, but it's worth a go.

Subject: [talks-uk] file transfer problem

Dear List,

I recently transfered an audio book to my Nokia N82 and can't find it in
the folder I transfered it to. However when I do a find search I can
find the file.

I transfered the file to the documents folder and I could not find it.
Then I transfered it to other folder and couldn't find it. What I mean
is that it is not visible to talks. It must be there for it to be found.
Talks just doesn't seem to reckognise the name of the file for some
reason.

I'm sure Paul daniels is in there somewhere.lol

Any ideas appreciated.

Kindest Regards, John
