I think he had from his initial e-mail, or maybe the Judg Street people just
put a demo on for him. I would advise him to simply give them a call.

It only means you don't have a valid license. Charging the phone doesn't make
talks work again. It's just when you switch the phone on and off you get
another 10 minute demo of Talks. If you do have a valid license then go into
the Talks menu and slect license and do a restore registration. Don't forget to
stick some credit on your phone as it sends out a text message. You will get
another text message back and you will be good to go. First check if you
actually have a Talks license. If you haven't purchased Talks before then it
will set you back £150.

Can't help you there I'm afraid, since I am totally blind and therefore even
if the boxes you refer to do occur on my E71 phone, I won't know anything about
them. Also, I am again getting the message about the licence having expired.
Again this happens after I unlock the keyboard, as was the case previously. I
don't want to have to take the phone back down to Judd Street if I can avoid
it, and I won't do just yet, but I may well have to at least contact them if
the problem continues.
