Thank you for that very helpful information.

  Hi Eleanor.

Did you attempt to report the matter to the person's internet service
provider? Usually, ISP's have an email address where you can send spam,
abusive or sexually explicit email for investigation. There is a lot more
discussion on the international talks mailing list hence the larger number of
people on said list, so its a valuable resource.

  All the best, Ibrahim.

I have seen you on the other one Yvonne. People on this one are UK. I
like this one very much and was forced to leave the other one because a male on
there was sending me sexually explicit e-mails privately, a male who is well
known for giving help on Talks. I was sorry to leave but what could I do. Did
speak to the Moderator who told me he could do nothing. I had never met this
male and never corresponded with him off list either.

hello can anyone tell me what differences there are in talks user and
talks UK?
and are all the people on here on the other one as well?
if so then there will be no need to subscribe to 2
if not what one is best to subscribe to?

      Yvonne

I thought that was quite easy to do, just do alt T and letter D
and that persons email address is in your address book.

          Hi Paul,

What is more interesting to me, is how he got hold of all the Email
addresses of the people on the list.

          All the best

          Steve

Yeah, I had email from him too this morning.

I didn't write back this time to him personally but, I will if I
receive anything else.

          It is very underhand really.

Don't think the mods here can do very much about it though.

          Paul

          Hi Graham

I am concerned that Barry Hughes is sending me off list under cover
of a BCc e-mail re matters/issues which were addressed on this list. He refers
to 'members of the talks list'. While I have written back to him stating that
he is now 'blocked' from my Inbox, I am concerned that previous members of this
list are writing to me off list about issues which do not concern me and which
are potentjially defamatory in nature.

          Eleanor
