No I didn't used to have it because when I bought Talks originally from CompRoom Zooms wasn't included in the Premium licence.

Hi Dean,

No, Zooms isn't there automatically, if you didn't have it on the previous
phone. If you did, it is.

All the best

I bought a cross platform upgrade from Sight and
Sound about 6 months ago as part of my reader
package. I forgot to tell them I wanted Zooms
added with the upgrade and phoned up a few days
later to be told that they didn't know it needed
to be a request and as far as they knew it was
added. Well I was sceptical but it was there so
I don't know if it is different for cross phone
and cross platform upgrades? BTW I can't see to
use Zooms but I like it so I can show friends etc
what Zooms can do as often people don't know
whether they'd want Talks or Zooms.
