Hi Steve,
At the end of the day. I don't have what I demoed. I was under the
impression that I would have all the voices and, because I have some sight,
I'd have the zooms also. This is what I trialed. This is whatI thought I was
purchasing. No one told me about voices being extra when I took out the
demo. No one told me I would loss voices. No one told me I would lose
zooms. No one told me that for all that I was trying, an additional cost, a
large additional cost would apply. I feel I have been grossly misled and I
feel I should talk to nuance about this because they have misrepresented
their product.

You also don't get Zooms unless you ask for it, but we give you the choice
of everything in the demo so you can decide what to buy. I have reactivated
your licence for Daniel now, because you said you preferred it. If you buy
all the voices for a one time fee of 27 pounds, then that's what you would
get.

product. To me its like buying a car. You test drive a specific vehicle with
many visible niceties. You expect to pay for what you test drove. Imagine
your surprise when you are told that the windscreen is extra. I was really
disappointed when many of my voices timed out when I finally bought the
product. Does it say on the nuance website that you only get one voice?
