Yes you can as far as I know, the very worthwhile £50 gives you Talks Premium.

Paul - yes, You'll have TALKS on Both phones, but will only be able to upgrade 
again from the new phone -

        Can anyone confirm that I do get to keep Talks and Zooms on my old 
phone now that I have paid for a licence to change from one handset to the 
other?
         
        So, effectively, have Talks and zooms on both phones?
