Eleanor,

No, Paul got the Zooms bit added when he did a £50 upgrade through our
online store.

I don't think so.

I have only ever asked for Talks for my needs as a screen reader.

I think they just put Talks standard on the phone for free.

I don't know what they do if you just want magnification.

I'm sure they will have an answer though.

Paul are you saying then that Vodafone put on Zooms on your phone free of
charge as well as Talks.

Hi Everyone

Can anyone confirm that I do get to keep Talks and Zooms on my old phone now
that I have paid for a licence to change from one handset to the other?

So, effectively, have Talks and zooms on both phones?

I think I do but, just wanted to make sure.

Thanks.
