When I have had problems with Wayfinder, I email
customersupport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and get the info direct from the horse's
mouth. I usually get a prompt reply with sound
advise. I have ver. 5 and 6 on my N70 and don't get this problem. I believe
you can get a version of 5 from customer support which will not prompt for
the latest version.

I recently downgraded to Wayfinder version 5 from version 6 in the hope that it would work better with Talks. However I have a problem. When I open Wayfinder, after it has established internet access the next thing it does is tell me that there is a newer version available and asks if I want to download it. When I say no it exits Wayfinder.
Anyone else had this problem with version 5?
