[talks-uk] Re: Wayfinder Access and mobile networks

I have found that my Nokia phones have not had as good coverage as I would
like.

My N96 seems to be the worst yet. My wife has a very very old Nokia and she
seems to get better coverage than I do.

But, then, I am on Vodafone, and she is on Orange. I would think Vodafone
should be good for coverage in all areas of the country now as with orange
so, not sure what is going on really.

Hi Andy.

In my experience, it can come down to which seat your sitting in and I'm not
kidding. I regularly travel to London on the train and I've found that the
closer you are to a window, generally the better coverage. It can also
depend as you say on the make of the phone your using. My wife who uses a
pocket pc experiences near perfect coverage all over the house on three
whilst I might struggle to get a few bars in the kitchen for instance.

All the best, Ibrahim.
