Hi Barbara,

The older phones like the 3660 didn't have a restore to factory setting.
Only way is the #7370# format.

All the best

Steve

Hi Yvonne

Re the voice mail waiting on line 1 message, that probably means the
receptionist received a voice mail message while her SIM card was in the
3660. Restoring factory settings should get rid of this and perhaps the
other problem too.

Not sure as have never used a 3660, but if you go to Tools and then
Settings, somewhere in there you should find the restore to factory settings

option.

Hope this helps.

hello group members
i have 2 questions that i pose

they both relate to a nokia 36 60 that i got for someone

the questions are as follows

1 when i switch the handset on it announces the usual information in the
normal way on this occasion it says asda mobile 30/10/2009 which if fine
but there is one problem
although it reads the above ok it also says 02 08
i have no idea what 02 08 is and wondered if anyone on the list can shine
some light on the subject and give me a logical answer as to what this
is?.
it as far as i know does not do this on my e90
that announces as o2 friday 30 October 2009 and does not say 02 08
i wondered if it might be the clock but that is set correctly
also i have switched the handset on and off several times for a couple of
hours and it still says 02 08

question 2 is

when the receptionist where i live inserted the asda sim card she tried
the handset out with her own sim card
this is vodaphone
the handset worked and she inserted the asda sim card
when i switch the phone on as mentioned above is ok
it announces network date and of course the question i asked about above
however when i press talks and soft key 2 the reader says the following
voice mail waiting on line 1 network 4 bars vodaphone uk battery 5 bars
this is all very well but why does it say voice mail on line 1 and
vodaphone uk when there is an asda card installed
i know it is asda because when i come out of talks and soft key 1 it says
asda mobile

could it be that this happened when the receptionist installed her sim
card?
if so will she need to change them over answer and delete the voice mail
message?
then when the cards are changed back will this message be gone?

hope someone can help

thanks

Yvonne

Hi Barbara,

Oh yeah, I forgot you like free <Smile>.

Yes, it is free, unless you want to send text or Email or a few other
things
by voice, then it cost us 12.99 pounds.

All the best

Steve

Hi Clive,

You can do almost anything that you can do on the phone with it. I
believe
you can do calendar entries. You can certainly say open calendar. You
can
certainly say To-Do and then text. But I haven't tried an appointment
yet.

All the best

Steve

Hello Steve,

I went to the web page on my Nokia N91 and was told it is an
unsupported
device and was invited to fill out a form and was told I would be
e-mailed
when a version is available for my phone. Sounds a brilliant little
app,
is
it just for notes or can it be used with other applications? It would

be
good for a calendar entry, for example.

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
