If you have a licence for talks you cant run what you dont have a licence for in 10 minute mode. They wont even show up but in 10 minute mode with out a licence you can have everything you want for . 10 minutes. OK, totally uninstall all vocaliser voices and their components, all you should have installed are Talks, eloquence and any other applications that you use. Then go download the latest versions of the vocaliser voices from talknav, these are Serena, Sangeeta, Samantha and Caron and their all dated 2009. Fully install these and they'll show up in the talks speech synthesiser selection.
