You are right Ibrahim but the codes were not fitting. I wondered how I would
get in touch with the Support, I am not good with my phone on-line and I could
not find an e-mail address for tech support so if you or anyone knows one I'd
appreciate having it.

  Hi Eleanor.

Check to see whether there are multiple boxes for the license code. I
haven't had to do this yet as I don't persistantly upgrade my firmware, but for
example with Office on the computer, when you install it you have to enter the
license key in five separate boxes on the screen.

All the best and if this doesn't work or you can't figure out what to do, I'm
pritty sure that Vlingo support can send you a license activation text message.

  All the best, ibrahim.

I purchased vlingo but subsequently updated the firmware on my phone. Not
a major problem you might say, only Vlingo now wants me to input my Liscence
Code but there are not enough spaces for the long number they gave me. Any
suggestions please?

    Eleanor
