No, the complexity seems to be more with the way the networks want
adjustments to the Nokia firmware updates once they have been released by
Nokia.
According to Nokia: They release an update; the network says what they want
changing and then nokia have to release another version of firmware for that
network.

Your phone may have a different product number to Paul's which could mean
there are no updates available.
It is very complex how Nokia dish out updates.

Hi
I cannot do this no matter how I try. Have had a go with PC suite today and
with someone who is very good at using computers and PC suite. It just
won't let me do it though we can see the upgrade. At one time it just
totally stopped the computer and restarted. Any suggestions please? I
cannot do it from Menu, tools either as it just says there are no updates
available.
