HiIf you took a contract on the basis of the information given to you by vodafone, and that information was wrong, not uncommon with vodafone, then the contract is uninforcible. As we proved with our own experience.

Hi folks. OK. Here we go. in view of what some were saying yesterday I went to the Voedafone store this morning. I asked about the N85 and if it had a touch screen element. The guy there said no it hasn't. When I got home I called Voedafone and told them what I was told yesterday by therecolleague. The guy I spoke to on the phone this morning said it did have a touch screen but when I told him what I was told on this list last night andwhat the store assistant told me this morning he disappeared for a fewminutes and came back and told me that it didn't have a touch screen elementbut on the reviews and on the screen image he had it looked as if it had. I'm not very pleased as I got a new contract based on what the guy told me yesterday. I would be happy to keep the 6210 but I have felt it in the store this morning and it felt really nice but has the Nokia headphone socket and not the standard one. If I can find an adaptor to convert the socket to a standard socket then I would keep it but if I can't then I'll send it back. I want the option to use high quality ear phones with myphone and not the bog standard type and if they got damaged I would be stuckand not be able to use the phone's player other than via the mono speaker.Does anyone know where I can get such an adaptor? and soon as I have only 7days from Wednesday to find one. Walter.
