Hi Walter.

If the phone has the 2.5MM socket, you can get a converter from play, just do a search for Nokia Audio Adaptor under the mobile category. The price I think is £4.99 but I haven't time now to check.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Subject: [talks-uk] Update on the N85

Hi folks. OK. Here we go. in view of what some were saying yesterday I
went to the Voedafone store this morning. I asked about the N85 and if it
had a touch screen element. The guy there said no it hasn't. When I got
home I called Voedafone and told them what I was told yesterday by there
colleague. The guy I spoke to on the phone this morning said it did have a touch screen but when I told him what I was told on this list last night and
what the store assistant told me this morning he disappeared for a few
minutes and came back and told me that it didn't have a touch screen element
but on the reviews and on the screen image he had it looked as if it had.
I'm not very pleased as I got a new contract based on what the guy told me
yesterday. I would be happy to keep the 6210 but I have felt it in the
store this morning and it felt really nice but has the Nokia headphone
socket and not the standard one. If I can find an adaptor to convert the
socket to a standard socket then I would keep it but if I can't then I'll
send it back. I want the option to use high quality ear phones with my
phone and not the bog standard type and if they got damaged I would be stuck
and not be able to use the phone's player other than via the mono speaker.
Does anyone know where I can get such an adaptor? and soon as I have only 7
days from Wednesday to find one. Walter.
