Sam,
As Steve has said, you can only demo them if you have a demo trial period
still available to you, if you've used it you cannot.
Steve sends out CD's, we do not, we only offer a download service.
The download service offers every file unzipped, so that you only download
what you want whenever you want it.

before I buy and if I purchase the additional voices do all dealers send
them on a CD.
