Apart from the fact it doesn't have Wifi, my favourite new phone is the 6220
Classic. It is much smaller than the others but Talks sounds good on it.

They need your custom at the end of the day so, go as often as you need to
and then decide on what you want.
I looked at some of the E Series too but they were not as comprehensive as
the N96 and more importantly, to my wife anyway, didn't look as good as my
N95 let alone the N96!

Hi Paul that is a surprise. However how are you managing with that flat
keypad. I have to say that I am put off by the keypad. I have the Nokia N95
8GB and think it's the best phone out there on my Three network. They do
have the N96 but I won't be going for that phone. It's nice that it has 16
GB of storage space plus an option to add more storage.

Hi Everyone.
I don't know whether anyone is aware of what I am about to describe so here
goes:
I have just purchased the Nokia N96.
I have the latest version of Talks and was using it previously on the N95.
I had quick office on the old phone, as I do on the new phone.
Talks did not work with quick office on the old phone but, so far as I have
tried up to now, to my great surprise, Talks was reading an excel sheet on
my new phone!
Not perfectly, I grant you but, I could read the information in each cell
(in this case, it was a rota).
Sometimes, the information in the cell was not spoken but, I cursered up or
down one cell and back to the cell I wanted to read and that worked.
We spoke of things impressive with Talks so far, but, that is one fantastic
leap in my opinion.
I have no idea why it should work but, it does!
Just hope it will with the new release of Talks!

I would also like to echo these centiments from Jackie. I don't know what I
would do without talks on my phone. I find it really opens up the phone for
me although my only regret is that I don't always feel I make the most of
all the features as often as I probably should, but when I do, it's fab.
