can you explain how the upgrade works. how many upgrades are you allowed and what do they define as an upgrade. for example, can i go from 3.2 strait up to 3.52? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Nutt" <steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Jackie,

Like Barbara said, it depends on if Sunil bought the phone second hand or
not. If he did, and the previous owner used it to upgrade their Talks, then
the 50 quid would not apply. You can only use each phone once for an
upgrade.

All the best

Steve

Hi Sunil

It should cost you £50. I'm sure Steve will confirm this though.

Hi, I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain Talks Licenses to
me.
I have an E61 with Talks installed which I want to keep. I want to buy an
N95 without Talks. The plan is to swap my sim card between the phones. So
will Talks for the N95 cost 50 pounds or is it 150?...cheers
